MSS is a program that provides services and supports to adults with disabilities. We are seeking a volunteer to work with an experienced gardening volunteer and a small group of enthusiastic program participants in the horticulture area of the St. Paul Center. Volunteer would be teaching basic horticulture skills and supervising activities in both indoor and outdoor gardening, i.e. propagation, stratification, best practices in plant care and management, etc. Experience with gardening preferred, but is not required.
Volunteer must be comfortable engaging with adults with disabilities and must be able to pass a background check. The shift is Fridays, 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM.
