Tifft Nature Preserve is actively searching for Tour Guides.
Tour guides will lead either groups of students or other guests throughout the preserve. All tour guides will be trained prior to leading a tour on their own.
We are looking for volunteers that can do either day time tours Monday through Friday. But who may also be able to lead a night hike for our guests as a special event that happens a couple times a month.
Tour times may vary depending on season and bookings.
Volunteers for this must be 18 and over.
We are hoping to have at least a 2 month commitment due to training.

Founded in 1861, the Buffalo Society of Natural Sciences has been collecting, studying and providing learning experiences for the people of the Greater Niagara Region for146 years. The Society carries its work out at several different locations throughout the region, including: The Buffalo Museum of Science, Tifft Nature Preserve, neighborhood-based community centers and other outreach locations.
