Mothers Raising Sons Charity Disc Golf Classic. I am excited about you and will do my best so that you have an awesome experience. Light breakfast will be provided and surprises along your trail.
While you are out playing MRS will be promoting Health Awareness: Physical, Mental and Spiritual. Starting with trail walk for participants from single mothers & fathers raising children, married households, senior citizens, from lonely to joyful. MRS will empower, and enthuse for life purposes. Then free workshop and disc golf clinic are for the entire family ages 4-111 years young.

Presents "What's In That Lunch Anyways" A Body and Mental Wellness workshop with 50 minutes long touching on 3 core topics:
Nutrition, Stress Management and Mindfulness.
Games, Music, & Thought-provoking Activities.
We will have fun talking about popular fruits and vegetables, shaking off the junk in our trunk, and discover how we can use mindfulness tools to help us be in the moment and enjoy this beautiful gift of life.
Kids & Adults so please join us as we share knowledge, love and laughter together!

Description
MRS meets the challenges of a boy being raised by a female to adulthood through a coordinated, progressive series of programs:
- E-Mentoring: Out of school time online; provide a compatible same sex role model for the males
- Coaching Online -
- Support Groups: provide mother & son opportunities to voice their concerns and identify issues affecting the family
- Seminars & Workshops: teach life skills techniques
- Referrals: provide mothers with information on community resources
- Support Services: tutorial assistance, childcare (reading) and nutritious meals for participants
- Conference/Workshop/Seminar - Family 1 day event "TO CAUSE A CHANGE"
- Court Orders One on One Parenting Classes - Personal counseling gear toward a specific area of parenting
- Activities: same sex ventures and family outings designed to promote family unity, implement social skills and cultivate a sense of belonging
