HELP FIGHT FOOD INSECURITY IN SF! Assembly volunteers needed to bag fresh and healthy food! MOWSF runs a Home Delivered Groceries program in partnership with the SF Food Bank. This is a 100% volunteer-run program, and it is a great way to connect and help serve our seniors and people with disabilities of every neighborhood in SF. We serve over 450 people every week, by providing fresh produce. Unlike our cooked meal service which services 5000 homebound clients daily, this program serves a separate group of seniors and people with disabilities who are able to cook for themselves but have some difficulty purchasing groceries weekly or getting to a local food pantry. We provide groceries to every neighborhood in the city and the need is increasing as the effects of COVID continue to be a burden on many to obtain food. The assembly shift starts at 7:30 am and ends at approximately 9:30 am.

• Time: Every Weds rain or shine grocery assembly - 7:30 am -9:30 am
• Parking: Please do not park in the driveway. There is plenty of street parking.
• Dress: please wear comfortable clothing, dress in layers, this is an outdoor activity; wear low-heeled shoes, as our driveway is uneven and can be slippery
