Our Career Success Coaching Program is designed to provide participating women with support through regular, structured conversations with a coach. The coaches in the program are individuals experienced in the world of work, who can offer valuable perspective, advice and encouragement. The focus of this program is on the career/work of the client, which may encompass issues from getting organized in order to be at work on time to seeking a career.

Volunteers will work one-to-one with a client for career assistance and goal setting over a two month period. There will be a total of 4-5 sessions during the two months where the client and volunteer coach/mentor will work virtually together.
