WE ARE LOOKING FOR a person or student interested in doing something meaningful and purposeful with your every day while hoping to bring change in their community. You need to be average, simple, laugh a lot, smile often, give authentic compliments to children, be emotional - know what it is to go through the ups and downs of the everyday life YET ..... know that there is a better tomorrow for themselves and everyone around them. And/or you need community service/leadership hours for whatever reason. Have a clean record for background checks especially cleared to work with children grades K-12.
We are NOT LOOKING FOR a highly motivated, organized, passionate, personable, an all-around rockstar and go-getter who has a positive outlook on life - Working at YLDP will make you a highly motivated, organized, passionate, personable, an all-around rockstar and go-getter who has a positive outlook on life.
Your typical day/ responsibilities
Create partnerships with local schools and educational institutions
Promote YLDP to schools and educations institutions
Become an advocate for communication and interpersonal skills for children K-12
Identify community outreach opportunities
Manage a community outreach events calendar
If interested, you can represent YLDP at the community events
What you need to have
Have a growth mindset
Interest in Interpersonal Communications, Public Relations and interactions at a basic human level
Interest in the personal development of children
Minimum - High School Diploma
Tolerance KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

YLDP's mission is to develop today's Youth into tomorrow's talent with leadership skills to join the workforce and community leadership. The sessions are wholly managed by Youth Leaders supervised by adult mentors.
