We are in need of individuals who are able and willing to reach out to prospective outreach partners to determine if they have any specific services available to survivors of abuse and sexual trauma, and how we might get on their referral list. Currently we are targeting inpatient programs, college counseling centers, and community mental health programs though this will change as this outreach target is completed.
Special projects such as finding specific resources in a particular geographical area are needed from time to time. This falls under our outreach admins.
This opportunity involves using the phone and email. Time commitment is approximately 1 hour per week. Training is provided.

Description
Hope Recovery is a support program for individuals struggling to cope with abuse and sexual trauma. We are devoted to providing support services to adult survivors of trauma. Supportive friends and family are requested to sponsor a survivor service by providing a donation. All direct service volunteers must have a current criminal background check.
