Do you CARE about the success of children? Want to make a DIFFERENCE in a kid's life? Looking for a way to GIVE BACK to the community? Learn a new MINDFULNESS SKILL for yourself?
The integrated Mindfulness After-School Program (iMAP) at Bodhi Academy is in need of passionate and energetic Homework Tutors in the Westminster/Garden Grove City area.
Homework Tutors will assist students in grades K-8th to comprehend and finish their homework each day.
The iMAP runs Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:30pm - 6:30pm. Tutors are not required to attend full hours each day. All we ask is for a commitment of at least two homework hour per week, though more is always appreciated. While being at our center, you will also have a chance to learn and practice mindfulness with us. It is one of the essential skills to help us de-stress and cope with changes in life.
