As a member of the Guest Experiences team, the Atrium Assistant will monitor the museum’s Atrium, Bus Loop, Explore Store, Elements Café, Info Desk and other immediate surrounding areas. Atrium Assistants will greet visitors and school groups; help store school lunches; ensure the areas described above are clean; answer visitor questions; and direct or lead visitors to appropriate locations.
- Minimum 16 years old.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to stand and work outdoors for extended periods of time.
- Confidence in using walkie-talkie style radios.
- Attention to detail.
- Remain current on show times, exhibits, and events.
