The Chamber is looking for volunteers to help clean up and beautify the Vineland Walkway located in the NoHo Arts District at its 36th Annual Clean-Up Day. This event gives volunteers a chance to see and be part of the creation of this green walkway, allowing them to contribute to the important efforts to create a beautiful space for visitors & residents to walk-along and ride bicycles.
We will have the opportunity to plant sustainable landscaping, paint & touch-up nearby walls, and remove trash along this much-used walkway.
The event is from 8 a.m. to Noon with a Continental Breakfast and a lunch provided for volunteers.
The event is ideal for students who need community service credit as the Chamber provides 4 hours for the 8 a.m. to Noon shift. Students who stay and help clean up the staging area can earn additional hours for time worked.
This project is also ideal for companies that have volunteer teams as it creates team building and fellowship.
Families, neighbors, and friends are invited to join in the clean up as well!

- Is driven by a range of 15 to 18-member board of directors and supported by a committee structure that includes over a dozen committees made up of more than 150 volunteer leaders.
- Is affiliated with diverse nonprofit organizations that support The Chamber’s mission and regional economic development goals.
- Is at the center of important decision-making activities with regional organizations, elected officials and city, county, state, and federal agencies.
