Sing or Play Music? Bring Enjoyment To Those On Hospice In Northeastern Oklahoma

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Compassus Hospice

  • 1 person is interested

You don't need a lot of talent! Just be willing to give time to someone receiving hospice care. We appreciate a gifted musician however, if you like to just play music or sing along, you will still make a difference in the lives of others. Music and singing bring comfort and companionship to all people but is so appreciated by those who are confined to their homes or a facility. They need you as a volunteer to provide enjoyment and a quality of life. Only an hour or two a week makes a difference. We will train you and support you every step of the way. Volunteers meet all sorts of people in hospice and each has a story and different circumstances. You will learn so much on how to enjoy the time you spend with them.
