Seeking Volunteers to screen veterans for the Community Veterans Justice Project and connect them with the services they need. Ideal for those interested in social work or legal careers as we are a team of social workers and attorneys who are dedicated to assisting veterans through this Project. Shifts are 4 hours, 9-1pm M-F at the VA Medical Centers at West LA and at the Sepulveda location.

The Community Veteran’s Justice Project (CVJP) strives to identify, reach, and provide one-on-one comprehensive community support to military personnel and veterans currently navigating the legal system of Los Angeles County: ensuring equity, justice, and rehabilitation. We seek to help our heroes reclaim their lives and obtain comprehensive services so they may thrive toward long-term success and well-being.
