Guest Dance Instructor- Hip Hop or Modern

We are looking for one time guest instructors to work with our hip-hop majorette dance team and teach them a quick hip-hop or modern dance routine.
The volunteers will work with our senior team which involves 12 girls ages 11 to 17. The girls are of mixed ability but all are fast learners and are very eager to learn something new. We also have a need for someone to work with approximately 10 girls ages 5 to 10.
Volunteers are needed on 10/19 from 1:30pm to 3:30pm. We use the Pearl Studios in NYC (8th Avenue between West 35th and West 36th Street).
We are between "permanent coaches" and are looking to expose the girls to talent from other creative individuals. Interested candidates should email souldeevas@gmail.com to let us know what genre they would like to teach and which group they would like to work with. Thanks!

Friends of MJHS ("Friends") is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation organized for the purpose of generating contributions, pledges and funds for the development and ongoing support of Citadel Academy Prep School (CAPS), a school that will provide students in grades 6-8 with a high quality Christian education through a well balanced, yet challenging curriculum that ministers to the spirit, soul and body.
Friends will also provide funds, management and ongoing support of The SoulDeevas Performing Arts Company, a character building sports and arts program that will serve all youth regardless of their religious affiliation. The SoulDeevas will include programs that provide activities, resources and support during critical out-of-school time hours in a safe, nurturing environment that works from a strengths-based, youth development perspective.
