Statement Junky’s mission is simple; to create future world leaders by changing the way our girls interact and see the world. Using a passport as a tool to access the world it is our vision that all girls will reach beyond the borders of her community to see the world, utilizing the experience and knowledge gained through travel, ultimately changing the world.
We are looking for an admin for our upcoming Saturday cohort starting on October 19th - November 16th. The admin will only work at the physical location on Saturdays. Admin must also be available on Dec 7th for the final event. The admin should:- Support ED with set up / break down before and after each cohort.
- Manage attendance and parent communication for each participant.
- Take pictures / video during cohort workshops.
- Upload information, pictures and data into SJ's CRM system.
- Email facilitators, vendors and participants all important information.
- Make calls when necessary.
- Order and pick up food, drinks and materials.
- Engage positively with all girls in the program.
- Be a constant face and person to rely on during the program.
- Have fun!
