The British Arrows Awards celebrate the UK’s best television, online, outdoor and cinema commercials made by British advertising agencies and production companies. The 2021 British Arrows Award screenings (this December 3rd-31st) will offer outrageous wit and awe-inspiring innovation, from high-tech extravaganzas to hilarious comedic spots.
Volunteers will help scan tickets, seat patrons, and perform light theater cleaning between screenings. British Arrows Awards ushers are scheduled prior to doors opening in order to conduct training and assist in opening doors. Volunteers will also receive training so there is a comfort with assisting patrons in many different situations.
Shifts are 1.5 or 2.75 hours long, and are available on select Wednesdays-Sundays in December for matinee and evening screenings.
Volunteers are eligible to participate in the Walker Rewards Program that provides the opportunity to redeem volunteer hours in exchange for tickets to Walker performances, films, and concerts including Rock the Garden. Ticket rewards vary depending on the number of hours volunteered.
All Walker staff and volunteers are required to have on file proof of their COVID vaccination or a negative COVID test result to be on campus. Staff and volunteers are also required to wear a mask when they are on campus.
