ORGANIZATION: TEOW - The Empowerment of Women

The Empowerment Of Women, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non profit organization that empowers young women of all ages and creeds by showing them the importance of loving themselves first by bringing awareness and educating in the areas of: Personal Development, Financial Literacy, Education, Health, and Wellness. ​​

We are seeking a Administrator/Secretary to sit on the Board of Directors. Commitment is a minimum of 1 year.

- Applicant will receive a professional email.

-Assist the Executive Administrator as required.

-Draft emails, and/or correspondence to all volunteers for updates, event reminders, and upcoming meetings.

-Take the minutes of Board meetings.

-Upload meeting minutes and notes to the organization's drive in Google Workspace Drive for everyone's review within 48 hours.

-Work closely to the Executive Director.

-Responsible for checking the administration email daily and respond to incoming emails as needed.

-Participate in strategizing, planning and executing events, workshops, summits, etc.,
