Crossing the finish line. Scoring a point. Celebrating with the team. Special Olympics Southern California (SOSC) is dedicated to moments such as these, because it is through these moments our athletes find strength, success, confidence, and joy.
The Games Management Team works to set this positive atmosphere and make these events possible for regional competitions of various sports. Work within this team falls under the following areas.

Mission Statement
The mission of Special Olympics Southern California is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community. Our vision is to promote acceptance, inclusion, and wellbeing for people with intellectual disabilities through sports.

- • We offer several sport competition. Spring: Swim, Track, Basketball, Bocce and Flag Football. Fall: Tennis, Golf Summer: Bowling • Role is needed for all games, multi-year commitment is preferred to maximize the leadership and coordination
