Capitol Hospice is seeking volunteers with a desire to offer companionship to patients and their families. Volunteers perform a variety of duties including but not limited to: visiting, watching TB, reading, playing card games, computer games, listening to music, light household chores, errands, sitting at bedside while caregiver tends to personal needs etc.

Description
Capitol Hospice offers end-of-life care, pain management, and symptom control for any person with an advanced illness or who has a life expectancy of six months or less. At Capitol Hospice, we pride ourselves on the quality of care, professionalism and kindness that we provide to our patients and their families. We recognize that each patient’s situation and needs are unique. Our services are not only limited to the patient, but extend to all family members as well.
