After realizing that African-American communities are in a crisis, she decided to pull together resources to help solve the following problems: - Poverty - Gun Violence - No Jobs or Opportunities - Police Violence - Flawed Educational System - Family Issues - Mental Health Issues This led to the creation of the BLACK ECOSYSTEM, which focuses on collaboration.
