We are looking for volunteers to welcome guests and electronically register them as they enter the event. This will involve work on an ipad and possibly some credit card processing.
After registration, volunteers will be needed to help guests with an app on their phone that allows them to bid on auction items throughout the night.
Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be complimentary.
Cocktail dress (preferably black) is required.
There will be a training on the app at 430pm- Guests will start to arrive approx. 530pm
No clean up or anything else is required of volunteers.
Beautiful views and I will write a letter for any volunteer that needs one.
