The Service to Armed Forces / International Services team is seeking a Recognition and Appreciation Lead to oversee the development and implementation of both formal and informal department recognition efforts while actively promoting formal department recognition programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote participation in the formal department recognition programs.
* Develop and implement both informal and formal volunteer appreciation & recognition events and programs
* Work with the Department Volunteer Engagement Lead to support volunteer supervisors with ideas, tips, and reminders to informally and formally recognize volunteers.
* Promote volunteer appreciation on a daily basis.
Time Commitment:
Approximately 2 hours per month, working remotely and on-site. Greater commitment of time during the annual recognition time period.
