Blue Circle is a skilled nursing and rehab facility. We are conveniently located close to highway 70 and the Fox Theater. We are a facility dedicated to delivering quality care. Blue Circle offers short, long-term, palliative and respite stays. Our facility is dedicated to short-term rehab and the medically complex, long term care units.
