Goal of Project

So many items are needed when setting up a home, from cleaning supplies to personal care items. Create a kit that will provide a woman exiting long term homelessness with the basics she needs to take care of herself and her new home. The Women’s Housing Partnership is a supportive housing program for women who face long-term homelessness. Staff work intensively with program participants to forge ongoing relationships that foster individual strength, housing stability, and progress toward personal goals.

Below, you will find different kits that you can put together for the women in the Women’s Housing Partnership. These kits will help equip the women with some of the basic supplies they need as they concentrate on building a new life.

Clean and Shine Kits

• All-purpose cleaner
• Disinfectant wipes
• Toilet Paper
• Sponges
• Paper towels
• Laundry soap
• Dish soap
• Garbage Bags, 13 gallon

Personal Care Kits

• Body wash
• Shampoo
• Conditioner
• Deodorant
• Razors
• Tooth Brush
• Tooth Paste

Logistics:

When you have finalized the date of your project, the type and quantity of kits you will be assembling, please contact us so that we are expecting your donation. Please note that due to COVID-19, we are accepting donations via appointment only.

Mark all boxes with WHP so the items are distributed to the correct program.
