Volunteer Duties:

  • Assist in setting up the classes
  • Welcome and sign in parents
  • Collect payments

Volunteer Requirements:

  • Dependable, enjoy working with and helping the community
  • Have a valid driver license
  • 2 volunteers per class (continuously open)
  • Volunteer Schedule: 5 - 7pm, 1-2 times per week. (12-week commitment)
  • Language: Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus

Volunteer Benefits:

  • Volunteer credit
  • Exposure to the professional network (DA office, facilitators, etc.)
  • Able to sit in and listen to the class
  • Dinner is provided

Parent Project offers parenting programs for parents and caregivers to address critical issues parents face today. It provides effective tools and concrete solutions to parents raising difficult or out-of-control children. In the past 30 plus years, the Parent Project has worked with over half a million parents across the nation.
