Moving Day Boca Raton is the Parkinson’s Foundation South Florida Chapter’s annual fundraising walk event. It is a fun and inspiring fundraising event that unites families, friends and communities both large and small in the fight against Parkinson’s disease. This celebration of movement will feature a family friendly walk course, a kids area, a caregivers relaxation tent and a special Movement Pavilion featuring yoga, dance, Tai Chi, Pilates, etc. all proven to help manage the symptoms of PD.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 14
  • The standard time commitment is from 7:00 AM to 12:15 PM. This will include help with set-up, breakdown, and helping during the event. If you are unable to make the full time requirement please let us know in advance.
  • **All volunteers will require sign a waiver form. Any volunteers under the ago of 18, will need parental/guardian signature addition to theirs on the waiver.
