In this volunteer position you will have the opportunity to serve our nation's heroes and those accompanying them by providing coffee and superior customer service in the various atriums, clinics and waiting room areas.
First Impression coffee servers prepare and serve coffee using equipment and supplies provided, greet all Veterans and visitors throughout the medical center, and clean and restock their cart at the end of their volunteer shift.
Volunteers must be able to stand and walk with their coffee cart for their 4 hour shift and be able to hear and communicate clearly.
Current openings for coffee servers are:
Monday mornings 8am-12pm
Wednesday afternoons 11am-3pm
Thursday afternoons 11am-3pm
Friday mornings 8am-12pm

Minneapolis VA Health Care System is a teaching hospital providing a full range of patient care services with state-of-the-art technology, as well as education and research. Comprehensive health care is provided through primary care, tertiary care and long-term care in areas of medicine, surgery, psychiatry, physical medicine and rehabilitation, neurology, oncology, dentistry, geriatrics and extended care. The Minneapolis VA Health Care System provides for the health care needs of Veterans in Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
