Careline Health Group is looking for Pet Therapy Volunteers (handlers with dogs only).
A visit from a therapy dog can be so beneficial. Terminally ill patients enjoy the extra attention and unconditional love they feel from a four legged companion. Join us and provide the unconditional love that comes with four feet, a warm nose and a furry coat for patients receiving end of life care. Our visiting dogs need to have a letter from their veterinarian regarding the dogs tempermant. Also, the volunteer must supply liability insurance.
