Interested in launching our program in October? You can visit a local high school to share about your career trajectory and connect with a group of participants! School participating are: * Raines * Ribault * Westside * Frank H. Peterson If your organization is interested in hosting all 60 of the participants for a day of JA programming work readiness programming and a JA Job Shadow of your location in February, please contact Carly Norton or call 904-398-9944 x225.

Mission Statement
Junior Achievement inspires and prepares young people to succeed in a global economy.
Description
Junior Achievement is the world's largest organization dedicated to educating students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs.
Our volunteer-delivered, kindergarten-12 th grade programs foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills, and use experiential learning to inspire students to dream big and reach their potential.
JA's unique approach allows volunteers from the community to deliver our curriculum while sharing their experiences with students.
Through an innovative partnership between the business community, educators and volunteers, Junior Achievement helps young people connect with relevant learning and the importance of staying in school. JA students develop the skills they need to experience the realities and opportunities of work and entrepreneurship in the 21 st-century global marketplace.
Junior Achievement of North Florida is one of 115 JA Areas in the United States. JA of North Florida has been in operation since 1963 and serves youth in Duval, St. Johns, Clay and surrounding counties.
