Since 2012 Project Paws Alive has been providing vital protective equipment to underfunded K9 units nationwide. We service Law Enforcement, Fire, Search & Rescue and Military K9 teams. Equipment donated includes but is not limited to: ballistic vests, cooling vests, first aid kits, narcan kits, and vehicle heat alarms. The need for this equipment continues to grow exponentially every year and we are seeking volunteers to help make an impact on these K9's lives.

We are looking for a volunteer Google Ad (AdWords) Grant Manager to help us effectively leverage our Ad Grant to better serve K9s in need.

Our existing Google Ad Account currently has campaigns designed to achieve the following conversions:

• Generate donations on our website
• Raise awareness of our mission
• Encourage volunteering with us

The Role:

The Volunteer Google Ad Grant Manager will leverage our $10,000 per month Google Ad campaigns budget to generate maximum returns. The goal of this position is to increase awareness about Project Paws Alive and to encourage donations by implementing effective Ad campaigns and optimizing our Ad’s strategy, while complying with Google’s strict policy on CTR.

This role is suited for someone who is familiar with Google’s Ad’s grants for Non-profits, who can drive conversions and maintain a healthy CTR as Google has become even stricter on its policies regarding 5% CTR.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns using Google Ads services, in accordance with the Google Ad Grant policies and requirements
• Write text-based ads and create variants for each campaign
• Research and apply keywords for each ad campaign
• Optimize and manage existing campaigns and ads
• Maintain account according to Google Ad Grants policies (CTR 5%)
• Provide analysis of what works and what doesn’t back to the organization on a monthly basis

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Google Ads (Google AdWords). Need to be knowledgeable about Google Ad Grant policies
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills
• Self-starter, able to use independent judgment and take initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google
• Must have access to your own computer, email, and phone
• 18 years of age or older
• All volunteers must submit to a criminal background check
