Board Position: Digital Marketing Director
This is a local position in Norman, OK, but the majority of the work can be done virtually.
Being a board member, you will be expected to attend some board meetings.
What will you be doing?
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that include newsletters, social media, etc.
* Measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns
* Identify trends and insights
* Identify the path to conversion and identify ways to improve online traffic
* Brainstorm new and creative demand generation strategies
* Additional responsibilities as needed

Norman Pride is a non-profit organization that was created to promote advocacy and provide support for our local LGBTQ+ community.
In addition to our annual Pride Weekend, we promote community engagement by hosting smaller local events throughout the year. We frequently collaborate with other organizations to extend our outreach, strengthen existing programs, and get new projects up and running.
We are committed to working alongside our community partners and allies to provide safe spaces and opportunities to celebrate and strengthen our LGBTQ+ community.
