Buffalo Autism Project is hosting our biggest fundraiser, A Halloween Bar Crawl around East Aurora. Last year, we had over 800 participants and this year is on target to be just as big. Proceeds from this event will support Buffalo Autism Project's latest mission beginning in Fall 2020: Student Scholarships & Provider Grants.

Volunteers will be needed at registration, photo booth, and riding the two school busses we have rented to let participants know the bus is at the stop.

To provide the Western New York community with an abundance of quality information, resources, and events surrounding best practices on Autism Spectrum Disorder to increase hope, awareness, and acceptance.

Description

The purposes of the Buffalo Autism Project are:

  1. To provide the WNY community with an abundance of quality information and resources surrounding best practices on autism spectrum disorder.
  2. To increase hope, awareness, and acceptance of those afflicted by autism spectrum disorder.
  3. To raise public and professional awareness of autism spectrum disorders.
  4. To educate and empower those in the autism community to never give up in their search to help their loved ones reach their full potential.
  5. To work in partnership with other Corporations dedicated to breaking down the barriers currently standing against those with autism spectrum disorder.
  6. To solicit and receive funds to accomplish the above purposes.
