We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to help serve our community and the community at large by assisting our clients that are affected by issues such as criminal background, years of poverty, mental health and substance abuse. Cases will be handled by phone and/or in person. You will be in charge of assessing clients and gathering relevant information about their cases, providing crisis intervention, contacting and making referrals to other agencies and services, assisting clients in completing paperwork for services, and in some cases transporting clients to other agencies to access services.

A key to succeeding in this role is a believe and interest in real change for our clients, and working as part of a team.
