Great Board Members Wanted!

Colorado Firefighter Calendar, Inc., a Colorado non-profit corporation, is looking for individuals able to play an integral role in helping realize its mission and vision: Colorado Firefighter Calendar is a non-profit organization that produces Colorado’s official firefighter calendar to raise funds and increase awareness for the Burn Center and Burn Camps Program at Children’s Hospital Colorado.

We are seeking volunteer board members who are not only inspired and motivated by our mission, but also have significanttime, resources and network to commit to the Colorado Firefighter Calendar. Particularly, we are looking for board members who are driven to help make Colorado Firefighter Calendar, Inc. more financially sustainable, as well as help grow our fundraising capacity.

Current 2020 Board openings:

• Marketing and Public Relations
• Smaller Signing Event Coordinator
• Volunteer Coordinator
• Experienced fundraiser
• Finance/Bookkeeper

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend monthly Board Meetings and actively participate in at least one Committee.
• Assume tasks that come from Board decisions, such as researching data or people, drafting a working document, plan events, attend and lead events, fundraise, write articles for the newsletter, post on social media, etc.
• Diligently carry out fully Board of Directors duties, as described in our bylaws.
• Commit to 10-20hours/month depending on the time of the year and Committee choice.
