Description

We understand how difficult accepting hospice for your loved one can be. When curative treatment is no longer available, hospice can be a beneficial care option for patients and a tremendous source of relief and support for their families. Our services are coordinated with the patient's physician and provided during regularly scheduled visits by hospice team members to manage the patient's care. If a crisis should arise, Icon Hospice is able to respond 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

At Icon Hospice care no one is denied services because of age, reace, color, creed, gender, national origin, sexual orientation or religion. Icon Hospice makes you and your loved ones the object of uncritical devotion. Icon Hospice has made it a priority to educate its team members on cultural competency, sexual orientation sensitivity and the importance of acknowledging and accepting all religious practices and upbringings.
