The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is looking for volunteers to help us out throughout the evening at our Foundation's Finest Finale Gala. We need roughly ten (10) volunteers to assist with the check-in & check-out processes, as well as volunteers to help run our silent auction. These volunteers should be computer savvy enough to be able to follow simple instructions on how to operate our auction software that will be provided with a short training. Computers and/or iPads will be provided to use. Volunteers will likely have to work with guests to aid in the bidding process, so they should be social enough to engage with them!
Volunteers will be provided with a meal. The event is a formal event, so we are asking volunteers to please dress appropriately.
We are asking volunteers to be at least 18 years of age.

Description
Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-threatening genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive systems of approximately 30,000 children and adults in the United States. It is estimated that more than 10 million Americans are unknowing, symptomless carriers of the defective CF gene, which means they are at a greater risk for having a child with the disease.
There are many ways you can get involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Register a team for a Great Strides walk, raise money for your team and participate in the event. If you don't have a team, sign up as an individual walker. Volunteer at our events throughout the year- Soup Cook Off, Great Strides, Brewers Fest, Golf Outing and Gala.
