Non profit legal office in downtown Everett is looking for a few office professionals. This position requires a person who is detail oriented. The office serves low income residents of Snohomish County. To volunteer here you should have;
- A good phone demeanor
- Strong basic computer skills
- A desire to help others
- The ability to learn quickly
- A professional attitude
- Reliable work ethic
- A team player approach to work
A typical workday consists of greeting and interacting with the public, answering and making phone calls, processing referrals, maintaining legal files and performing data entry in a legal data base as well as general office duties.
This is a 5 days a week, 9 to 5 type opportunity.
A volunteer does NOT have to work all 5 days nor all day long. This job can be shared among volunteers. That is where a team player attitude will shine. Previous experience is good, but not a requirement.
