A script and a list of patients hone numbers will be provided to the volunteer to complete reminder calls for all 13 outpatient clinics 48-72 hours before the appointments. Reminding Veterans of their appointments, to bring their medications and labs. Two shirts 9am-1pm 1pm-3:30m. Volunteer must have good communication skills, and pay attention to details.
