If you have a green thumb and not much opportunity to exercise it in the rocks and sand of Arizona, this opportunity is for you. We have a beautiful garden within Earth Heart Park located on the campus of our integrated healthcare center that needs attention. It is like an oasis within the city and offers residents a peaceful outdoor setting with trees, benches, a labyrinth and the garden itself.
Your job would be a variety of tasks including replanting some of the raised beds, doing some weeding and making sure that everything is getting enough water and being properly maintained.
This could be done by individuals as well as groups.

Horizon Health and Wellness is a non-profit 501(c)(3) integrated healthcare agency licensed by the State of Arizona to provide an array of outpatient and residential services in Pinal, Gila, and Yuma Counties as well as Habilitation services in the counties of Cochise, La Paz, Maricopa, and Santa Cruz. The Agency has been in operation for over 30 years providing quality behavioral health services in the identified geographical service areas. Our innovative approach to addressing the whole person's wellbeing is helping to change the lives of the underserved in Arizona.
Description
We provide integrated healthcare services including crisis support to adults with serious mental illness, children, families and also individuals recovering from substance abuse or other serious issues.
We have group homes for developmentally disabled, a domestic violence safe home and an assisted living facility. We offer employment services and housing opportunities.
We have two inpatient facilities and a 23 hour observation unit. We also provide primary care to the communities we serve.
