Long distance dog transport driver couple needed early Saturday mornings

Help us save the lives of local dogs!
ARTBAR is seeking the assistance of a couple who can volunteer to drive on dog rescue transports on Saturday mornings (not every Saturday). Start time around 7 am in Charleston or south of there along Route 119 to load up dogs, then drive up to Hagerstown MD to hand dogs off to other drivers, then return back to Charleston. Gas, tolls, and meals reimbursed with receipts. Must have good driving record. We provide crates for transport and if there's more dogs than you can fit in your vehicle, we will get a rental van.
Ideally, we'd like to find two couples who are interested in doing this so each couple can drive one trip per month to avoid burnout.

Mission Statement
The mission of A Reason To Believe Animal Rescue is to rescue homeless or neglected animals (including but not necessarily limited to dogs and cats), provide veterinary care, and get them placed them in great adoptive homes. All are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. We house these animals in foster homes, kennels, or boarding as needed. We work in collaboration with shelters, veterinarians, rescues, owners needing to rehome their pets, and the public. We work to reduce the animal overpopulation issue by spaying and neutering as part of our process. We work to ensure the safety of the public by vaccinating according to the law and as the health of the animal permits based on the recommendations of our veterinarian. We treat for parasites, injuries, dentals, skin or ear infections. etc.

ARTBAR is a foster-based pet rescue located in rural southwestern West Virginia. We mostly rescue dogs but occasionally help other domestic pets. We are located near the star in our logo.
