The time before and after the scheduled visits, say 30 minutes are a time when the volunteers would be most needed.
Setting up the rooms, getting the toys/snacks out and put away, wiping down the tables, putting the outside signs & doorbells out, etc.
During the time the clients are visiting - the volunteers could organize our toy closet, run snacks or toys to the rooms.
Volunteers will be busiest when we have more families visiting at the same time.
We can accommodate up to 4 families at each time slot.
