This is our 7th Annual Ladies Night Out dinner dancing raffle event
This event benefits Pediatric Cancer

The event is a sit down dinner, tricky tray - 50/50 raffles and vendor shopping

We need about 6-8 volunteers to help check in guests, take pictures and run the raffle prizes to guests once prizes are called.

We provide free dinner to our volunteers

In the past we have had a group of sorority sisters volunteers but unfortunately the girls are not available this year.

ideally we need a minimum of 5-6 girls but will accept your to 8 girls.
The heaviest volunteer times are at the start of the event and at the end of the event.

we are willing to do shifts if some girls can only stay for a few hours.
we can split the shifts between setup before the event and during the event

out volunteers actually enjoy themselves as they do get to participate in the vendor shopping and raffles

we prefer a sorority but are flexible

this is a school night so high school students are NOT preferred
