Crossroads Hospice hosts an annual grief camp for children between ages 6-12 that have lost a significate loved one in their life. This is the first grief camp in Oklahoma for children. Crossroads Kids Camp goal is to provide a unique and fun therapeutic environment for children to grieve and grow. We are looking for volunteers for following:
- Camp Buddies: assigned to a camper as a chaperone; requires staying overnight on camp grounds
- House Parents: staying in cabin overnight to oversee children and give Buddies a break; male and female volunteers needed
- Cafeteria: serve food during meal time
For more information contact the Volunteer Manager, Tiffany Fuller. Training is required. Must be at least 18yrs old to volunteer at Kids Camp.
