Can you share four hours twice a month to spend time with a senior female that has had a TBI. She is pleasant and social. She loves children and worked with them for many years. She also liked cooking and gardening.
This block of time would allow her caregiver to get a break and to take care of her needs.
The volunteer would be there for companionship and supervision only. The volunteer would be there, because it is no longer safe to leave this person alone in the home.
The volunteer would not provide any medical, personal or daily living cares.
The family is very flexible as to the day during the week and would like a female volunteer.
