Mission: Honoring Life ~ Offering Hope

Seasons Hospice of NJ provides a special type of healthcare to those who are at the end of their life. Family members, who put their life "on hold" to take care of their loved one, can get overwhelmed with this task. A spouse/caregiver in Somerset, NJ is requesting a volunteer to sit with his wife in the evenings so that he can attend his men’s group. Specifically, meetings are held Tues and/or Thurs, 6:00 - 9:00 pm but this is flexible. Direct Care Volunteers can make a difference by reading aloud to the patient, listening to music, or simply being present.

If interested, go to www.Seasons.org/volunteering-internships/volunteering to fill out an application. Questions? Contact Elaine Carlsen, Volunteer Coordinator at ecarlsen@seasons.org or 866-243-2157.
