Oral and maxillofacial surgeons needed for HUGE free medical, dental, and vision clinic

California CareForce promotes the health and well-being of those in need through volunteer supported, no-cost healthcare clinics across California. Since 2011, we have provided critical care worth $14+ million to over 32,400 patients thanks to 15,000 professional and general volunteers. 85% of our patients are uninsured or under-insured and among the most vulnerable populations in California. We do not have any restrictions on who can receive our services based on insurance, income, employment, residency, or immigration status because our volunteers believe that everyone deserves basic healthcare.

The Dental Section will provide x-rays, cleanings, fillings, and extractions to over 700 patients over the two days of our 2019 Sacramento Clinic. Volunteers will be expected to serve for at least 1 day. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided. Our plug-and-play environment, complete will all the equipment and supplies you'll need, makes volunteering easy too. You'll love being part of our community of caring, dedicated volunteers in addition to relieving pain, preventing infections, and improving the quality of life of under-served individuals and families in the region.

Three, free CE credits for dental professionals participating will be offered by the California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
