Volunteers are needed to spend time with a senior so that their caregiver can get a break.
Volunteers age 16 and older, men, women, couples, families and pairs are needed too help in the following cites:
West Lakeland Township - Female volunteer needed
Hugo Senior - Male volunteer needed
Oakdale Senior - Female volunteer needed
Cottage Grove Senior - Female volunteer needed
Woodbury Senior - Male or Female volunteer needed
Lake Elmo Senior - Female volunteer needed.
Lakeland Senior - Female volunteer needed.

Day, evening and weekend hours needed. Volunteers provide companionship and supervision only.
Training and on-going support provided.
