The Rotary Club of Maywood-Proviso has the distinguished honor of being one of the longest established clubs in our district. 2019 marks our 95th year in existence and we are Proud to be "Spot On" and will celebrate at our 21st Annual Rotary Auction Fundraiser next Saturday, September 28, 2019 at the beautiful Elmcrest Banquets in Elmwood Park!

We are looking for 5-10 volunteers to assist with the logistics of the silent/live auction during the event. Volunteers will be needed to help with the setup of the auction items and act as "auction runners" throughout the event. Volunteers will be needed for volunteer training beginning at 4:00pm and the evening will conclude at 9:30pm. Volunteers will also get to enjoy complimentary food and drinks via the open buffet and earn 5 hours of community service credit, as needed.

We are also looking to pay a $150-$200 stipend for an experienced Audio/Visual tech to manage the needs for the night. There will be several videos and photos displayed throughout the night as well as a silent auction using an online platform that we would like to ensure runs effectively. The A/V tech is needed from 5:00pm - 10:00pm.
