The Oregon & Southwest Washington Chapter of Alzheimer’s Association is seeking volunteers who have a background in caregiving, elder care, and/or knowledge of dementia and want to provide support to people with Alzheimer’s disease and their families through our Memories in the Making art program. Our Memories in the Making art program encourages those in the early stages of dementia to express themselves through art, and connect to others through social engagement.
If you are interested in learning more about this important volunteer opportunity, please submit an application at volunteer.alz.org with the Oregon and Southwest Washington Chapter. After your application is complete, one of our staff would love to schedule a phone interview to talk further about your interests and work to find the best volunteer fit for you on our team.
Thank you so much again for your interest in volunteering with the Alzheimer's Association! We look forward to talking with you soon!
