As a nonprofit in its early stages, we are looking for a thoughtful, committed board to maximize the organization's potential to deliver on its mission. Our ideal board members share in our dedication to developing the cause and have the necessary experience to direct the operations of the organization to further our efforts. In addition to oversight and governance, the willingness to roll up your sleeves and participate in the hands-on aspects of the business in these early stages is critical.
As an organization, we sincerely believe that beautiful things happen when people come together. When committed members of the community come together to share in an experience of service to our homeless community, they are empowered to contribute however they are able. Fostering solidarity is the essence of our goal and honest collaborative work is how we believe we can achieve that.
If meaningful, lasting work is something that appeals to you, a future here at The Servant’s Heart, Corp, and Schwindt Foundation Center might be in your cards. Kindly be advised, nonprofit board experience is preferred but not required. Thank you for your time, we look forward to hearing from you.
