65 Roses Ball CELEBRATING TRIANGLE'S FINEST
October 13, 2023 (Shifts available from 9:00 AM - 11:30 PM)
* We also need help in our office in the weeks leading up to the event. Please let us know if you would like to help.*
Join us for an evening of the finest foods, unique craft beers, and pure North Carolina indulgence in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The Brewer's Ball celebrates the Triangle's finest young professionals and brings together the finest food, beer, and people.
We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic volunteers to help us create a FABULOUS experience for our guests at Durham Central Park.
Raleigh: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM Organize and help us get ready to pack for the event.
Raleigh: 11:00 PM -1:00 PM to help us pack the vans in Raleigh at our office on Creedmoor Road
( Must be able to lift at least 10 pounds)
Durham: 1:00 -6:00 PM Unpack, Setup, and Decorate
( Do you have a background in merchandising? Design? or Event Planning? We need your expertise to make the space look perfect! Use your creative skills to help us unpack and design the space for our guests
Durham: 5:00 PM -8:00 PM Registration, Guest Check-in, Greeters, Event Staff
Training begins at 5:30* Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Durham: 6:00 -10:00 PM Photographer
Build your portfolio for a great cause. The photos will be used for local and national publications.
Durham: 8:00 - 10:30 PM Guest Check Out
Durham: 9:00 - 11:00 PM Breakdown and Pack the vans
Raleigh: 11:00 PM-Midnight Meet us back at our office to unpack
Join us for a few hours and help us make CF stand for CURE Found.
